Steve is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic financial direction of the company. Steve is a value-based leader who is focused on growing a robust and resilient full-service self-storage venture with compliance interwoven throughout every function.

Steve has extensive knowledge in several key disciplines of finance and accounting. Before Bluefin, his career included senior management positions within investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. Steve has significant experience in structuring large, complex, institutional grade transactions. He specializes in developing, shaping, and scaling the financial operations within mid to large cap organizations. As a proven financial leader, Steve has had the opportunity to manage some of the strongest organizational balance sheets in the world.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, Steve received a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance along with a certificate in Business analytics and Entrepreneurial studies. Steve is an accomplished real estate investor and active member of his local real estate investment associations.

Mark is responsible for capital raising, site development, and operational direction at the portfolio level. Mark has demonstrated a successful track record of building deep relationships and productive teams to catalyze company growth.

Mark has shaped and developed multiple commercial real estate ventures spanning various asset classes, participating as a limited partner, general partner, and lead sponsor.

Prior to Bluefin, Mark was a partner within a successful, self storage focused, private equity firm. Mark has also built a large, residential real estate sales team practice within Pennsylvania.

The vast majority of Mark’s experience and success has come from the small business space, focusing particularly on driving operational efficiencies and bottom-line growth. Mark’s core competency is focused around getting organizations from the starting line to profitability.

Mark is now the 3rd generation of successful commercial real estate investors in his family and serves as the primary asset manager for his family’s real estate portfolio.

Jared leads the firm’s efforts in acquisitions and is involved in all verticals of Bluefin Capital, including the acquisition, disposition and management of the team’s broader portfolio. Jared leads the internal acquisitions team and focuses his time sourcing and closing new self-storage sites. Jared has been actively involved in real estate since 2005 and has established his reputation as an industry leader in commercial as well as residential real estate.

To date, Jared has led and managed commercial acquisitions exceeding 3 million square feet of real estate.

Prior to Bluefin, Jared built a successful real estate sales team with Keller Williams Real Estate, selling over 500 homes over the last 8 years. Jared’s breadth of experience within self-storage, industrial, multifamily, retail, and residential real estate allows him to continually source opportunities for the firm.
